During his MBA school, Squire was also involved in the Capstone Project, where he headed a team to research consumer patterns across ready-to-drink alcohol products internationally at the request of Brown-Forman (manufacturer of Jack Daniels, Canadian Mist, Finlandia, and other popular liquor brands). Squire and his team provided a unique and practical picture of the industry by combining current sales data with custom-designed cultural research and analysis.
Squire has lived in Indiana his entire life and presently resides in Portage, Indiana with his two young children. When he's not working, he likes to listen to music, perform in a local band, play pool with his buddies, and participate in active activities like skiing, swimming, and soccer.

He finished Firefighting modules one and two, as well as EMT training module one, for this position. Squire has also served on the board of the Louisville Jazz Society, where his duties included assisting in the recruitment of young jazz talent to the Louisville region.
